About Curaçao
Curaçao has been experiencing a booming tourist industry over the last few years. With new hotels under development, we are recruiting English-speaking hospitality professionals for a brand-new luxury hotel opening in the first quarter of 2026.
We are looking for experienced, motivated candidates who are ready to relocate to Curaçao for at least one year and become part of an international hospitality team.
Located outside the hurricane belt, Curaçao offers a safe, sunny climate year-round and a truly multicultural environment. As a Recreation Manager, you will lead and inspire a team dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences through engaging in recreational activities and events. You’ll plan and oversee daily programs that reflect the hotel’s energy, culture, and commitment to excellence. With your leadership, guests of all ages will enjoy fun, safe and memorable moments throughout their stay.

Leading the kitchen staff, together with the Head Chef.
Replacing the Head Chef in their absence and being the ultimate person responsible for the kitchen.
Planning and organizing daily kitchen activities.
Supervising the quality and presentation of the dishes.
Helping with the preparation of dishes and mise-en-place (preparation).
Assisting with inventory management and the development of new dishes/menus.
The main focus is to manage the workforce of a new international hotel, consisting of more than 100 waiters, bartenders, technicians, and housekeeping personnel. The support team consists of various specialists. Your employment starts in March 2026.
This role supports the core financial tracking necessary for operations and is especially important as you integrate real estate financials. You should have experience with invoicing, expense tracking, and office support in general. You will report to the Operations Manager of the Support team.
Profile & Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience.
* Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
* High attention to punctuality and quality of work.
* Willingness to live and work in Curaçao for a minimum of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with invoicing clients and tracking outstanding payments.
* Assist with expense tracking (e.g., transport costs, payroll disbursements).
* Provide basic office administration and ensure organized financial records.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in bookkeeping or administrative support. Experience with Twinfield is a requirement. Other experience with payroll or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is highly valued.
* Must be highly responsible, reliable, and proficient in Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento. English proficiency is a strong plus.
* Proficient in using advanced Excel functions or other financial tools for data analysis and reporting.

In this role, you will supervise the international TECHNICAL staff directly on the hotel premises, focusing on the management of tasks/projects and quality control. You will take daily attendance and report this to the Operations Manager. You will act as the primary point of contact for the hotel on behalf of the workers under your supervision. You will report to the Operations Manager of the Support team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct supervision for the workers on one of the five hotel levels (maintaining a 1:15 to 1:25 worker ratio).
* Manage daily task assignments and ensure quality control for specialized work.
* Take daily attendance and report non-shows immediately to the Operations Manager and Logistics.
* Act as the primary on-site communication link between the workers and the client/hotel management.
Qualifications:
* Proven leadership experience, ideally in construction.
* Strong people management and conflict resolution skills are a must.
* Must be highly responsible, reliable, and proficient in SPanish, English, Dutch and Papiamento.
* Skilled in managing worker safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.

As the Operations Manager, you will lead the team and oversee different positions reporting to you. In addition to managing the team, you will be responsible for maintaining the best client relationships and preparing weekly reports on all involved departments. You will report to the MIM (Mind, Intuition Movement) management team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary client relationship manager for hotel partners.
* Oversee the Logistics & Transport Coordinator to ensure the daily, on-time arrival of all 114 workers via company buses.
* Manage and mentor the Site Supervisors to uphold MIM's high standards for tile and carpentry work quality.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex, time-sensitive schedules (e.g., daily bus routing for 100+people).
* Ensure effective collaboration between all administrative departments (HR, Logistics, Finance).
Qualifications:
* Proven leadership experience managing large, multicultural teams in hospitality, construction, or international operations.
* Strong coordination skills with the ability to oversee multiple departments (HR, Logistics, Finance) simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and client-relationship abilities, capable of representing the company professionally to hotel partners.
* High-level problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in fast-paced and operationally complex environments.
* Must be highly responsible, reliable, and proficient in Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento. English proficiency is a strong plus.
The Duty Manager ensures smooth daily operations. You act as the main point of contact for staff and guests, resolve issues, and monitor service, quality, and safety during your shift.
